Pensacola Planespotting
Pensacola is known as the “Cradle of Naval Aviation”. Every naval aviator and aircrewman in the Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard, begins their training at Naval Air Station Pensacola.
Pensacola is also the home of the Navy’s flight demonstration team, the “Blue Angels”. I’ve only opportunistically shot aircraft here—when I’ve been out with my camera doing other things. I do plan on making a concerted effort to shoot the Blue Angels this winter during their weekly practice sessions.
