I was browsing through an external hard drive before formatting it and found a folder full of web-ready exported JPGs from a shoot I did for a real estate broker. The home is fairly new construction and is a golf cart ride from the beach. This shoot is pretty representative of the type a real estate photographer would do in South Walton County, Florida. This is by nowhere near the high end of the market here, but it’s a multi-million dollar listing nonetheless. Shooting a house this size (3-stories), by myself, requires shooting for the better part of the day, then waiting for sunset to get the twilight shots that show off the lighting.
